Mr. Medrano-They filed a lawsuit on single member district [?] ran in 74 and got elected and now, [?] now we got the boys, we got the motion, you know as a Brown Beret, I would need you, cause now your on the other side and I would need you [?] Zapata is, you know, a sociolist. Zapata is a Mexican and we didn't had no policy that [?] so now that they crafted the policy, must be an American citizen, must be dead, so we got a prominant politician right now that you named a [?] right now..no politician [?] the one that got away with that was [?] he broke the rule of that policy [?] for 25 years, 25 years [?]
