Interviewer-"There was a 7 mile march [?]" Mr. Medrano-Yes, sir, the 7 mile march that we [?]....the housing issue, inspection here, cars are all dilapidated, broken down cars, mosquitos, ya'll didn't even spray over here, the mosquitos are constantly [?] So, that [?] and then the housing and school board same thing [?] I said, I understand what they're talking about Mexican citizen, revolutionary, socialism, [?] system, that kind of stuff, then the board members we're all like, "No, no, no, its ok turn around and then met up with my [?] , "We got a school named after Robert E. Lee and you know who Robert E. Lee is? I said, "Yes, sir" And he said, "We're going to change that school to what the're going to use it, we got justification on what Robert E. Lee should be changed and ooooh, Yea, we won, So, I said, "They can understand why Robert E. Lee was changed to another school, but the possibility was there, it can be changed, you have to do this, the community's gotta petition, then they wrote it down, but they felt bad because [?]....You got your name changed [?] ask any kid right now[?] ......you're doing a research paper on my dad and my mon with kids cause he knew who he was [?] Civil Rights and Rosa Parks, the whole works and thats where they [?]....the school does that [?] John F. Kennedy, you know I was that school to be named John F. Kennedy. It was named John F. Kennedy. My kids know who John F. Kennedy was [?] facsinating you know those schools is good to name after people, George Bush lol, you go George Bush Elementary...
