Mr. Medrano-Well, that was, they stopped at a bar and they and two of my friends, one inside, one in the back. One in the back had a baggie that belongs to him and he put it under his back seat, so the police stop and say, "What are you'll doing here, [?] said nothing, step out, so he shines a flashlight, and you know, let me see your IDs, one goes out, one goes, one cop-he says-ok, ok, nothing, do you mind if I search your car? No Miranda Rights nothing, Open your trunk, Wait a minute, wait a minute, shines the flashlight, finds the baggie and says, "Who's is it? Of course we said, Not mine, not mine. All three of us and would'nt be nice if, said, "Its mine" Interviewer-"The owner of the car wasn't in there, ok, maybe I read something else because I it might have been something else where the owner of the car later admitted to it?" Mr. Medrano-No, it went back. Interviewer-"Ok" Mr. Medrano-The owner of the car was in the back seat, I was driving the car. His names Mario, Mario Martinez. Interviewer-"So.." If one bag belongs to somebody, it belonged to three people [?] the owners, the owner, thats it, so [?] whatever it belongs to, its a class B misdeaminor, $200 fine no jail time. So, what three are going to go down because [?] its in there and you'll going to be found guilty cause it belongs to all three of you'll just as I [?] Make a decision of who it belongs to and I'll represent that person and that person will admit to the judge, "It belongs to me judge, it doesn't belong to them. Not the usage, [?] who's it belong to and one person only, so I said to the judge, I said, I come here, my name is this and this and I want to let to let you know that it belongs to me, thank you very much and it doesn't belong to Mr. [?] no, it don't belong. He has to make a decision, I found something and there's three men here. Interviewer-"[?] where they tied to you to it?" Mr. Medrano-Oh, yea, I used it, I had it, it belongs to me, the whole series almost a week, they never mentioned those two guys, never, they never mentioned them, they're name was [?] fine, I said, then my dad, my dad [?] "Be honest, tell me, is it yours?" No, dad. Well, lets get a lawyer, real quick, real simple.
